LOYD Rentals is seeking a reliable and experienced handyman for ongoing maintenance work at residential rental properties.
**Typical Tasks Include:**
* Minor plumbing repairs
* Drywall patching and painting
* Appliance installation and repairs
* Lock changes
* Blind and fixture replacement
* Basic electrical work
* General turnover and make-ready repairs
* Lawn care and exterior maintenance
* Posting notices on doors (eviction notices, rent increase notices, inspection notices, etc.)
* Taking and submitting photos of posted notices and completed work
**Requirements:**
✔ Must have your own tools
✔ Reliable transportation
✔ Ability to provide photos of completed work and posted notices
✔ Good communication and responsiveness
✔ Experience with residential property maintenance preferred
✔ Ability to complete jobs independently and report back promptly
We manage multiple rental properties and are looking for someone interested in consistent work. Most jobs are paid per project.
