Quincy Apartment Needed! (Quincy)

Hi I am looking for a 2 bedroom apartment in Quincy that will become available this summer or fall. Ideally around August but I'm very flexible for months before or after if need be. I will be moving from Columbia to Quincy with my twin brother to be closer to family members. We both are semi retired former bankers and have excellent credit, no criminal history and can provide references from current and previous property managements. I have been at my current place for 6 years and then 25 years at the previous. My brother is 20 years going at his current residence. Neither of us has ever been delinquent in payment or in bad standings. We can provide bank statements to show ample resources and pay multiple months in advance if so desired. We are really looking forward to this new opportunity to be closer to family and live in a town we have grown to love and respect. Looking forward to hearing from you. -- Andy--
