Inside walls are insulated with R-14 fiber glass insulation. Styrofoam insulation in the ceiling. Front and rear wall, in addition to the ceiling, are enclosed with 19/32” plywood that has a rich woodgrain Southern Pine texture with 8” grooves. Side walls are enclosed with 3/8” drywall with texture paint on the upper half and wallpapered on the bottom half. The building has 5/8” CDX flooring covered with a moisture barrier and maintenance free maple laminate floor. Ther are 3-2030 screened in windows that have pine shutters inside with safety hasp and staple fasteners for added security. 36” metal clad door. 2x4 pressure treated floor joist and 4” x 4” pressure treated runners. Building has five interior electrical receptacles and one exterior wired to a Square D 100 Amp residential breaker box in storage closet. Oak door cabinets, and laminate countertop with a deep well utility sink ready for your water source. Ground fault receptacle is installed under the kitchen cabinet for electric mini water heater. A Whirlpool 6,000 BTU air conditioner is included.
